Jerman - Menkes Jerman, Jens Spahn, pada hari Jumat (19/11) mengatakan bahwa situasi pandemi telah memburuk dalam seminggu terakhir dan memasuki fase darurat nasional.

Dalam dua minggu terakhir, jumlah kasus baru melonjak lebih dari 60%. Pada hari Jumat, Jerman mencatat 52.970 infeksi baru setiap hari.
