Italia - NATO menggelar latihan perang Dynamic Manta 24. Latihan perang kapal selam itu diikuti Turki, Kanada, Perancis, Jerman, Yunani, Italia, Spanyol, Inggris dan AS.

Latihan tersebut merupakan bagian dari latihan perang NATO 'Dynamic Manta 24'.

Aliansi NATO yang terdiri Turki, Kanada, Perancis, Jerman, Yunani, Italia, Spanyol, Inggris dan Amerika Serikat berpartisipasi dalam latihan kapal selam terbesar dan paling kompleks di Mediterania, lepas pantai Sisilia selama dua minggu.

Tujuan latihan perang anti-kapal selam (ASW) NATO yang paling canggih ini untuk mempersiapkan awak kapal selam NATO merespons dan beradaptasi terhadap segala jenis ancaman di bawah permukaan laut.

Latihan 'Dynamic Manta 24' dilakukan dengan skenario tujuh kapal selam akan berburu dan diburu.

Selama latihan, kapal selam akan berkoordinasi erat dengan tim udara dan darat, untuk melatih dan menyempurnakan kemampuan.
