China - Tim penyelamat terus bekerja keras mengevakuasi wisatawan yang terjebak imbas longsoran salju di tempat ski di kawasan barat laut China.

Selasa, (16/1/2024) tim penyelamat langsung diterjunkan untuk mengevakuasi wisatawan. Mereka yang terluka diterbangkan menggunakan helikopter.

Stasiun televisi CCTV mengatakan jalan yang tertutup salju yang menghubungkan jalan-jalan utama telah dibersihkan. Upaya evakuasi menggunakan mobil pun kini bisa dilakukan.

Sebagai infromasi, Prefektur Altay saat ini dikenal sebagai destinasi baru ski. Kawasan ini dilanda hujan salju yang lebat sejak Januari. China Daily, mengutip biro meteorologi Xinjiang, mengatakan setidaknya 31 longsoran salju dilaporkan pada, Sabtu (13/1).
