Diketahui Kahlon telah menempati rumah gua itu selama lima puluh tahun.

Kendati demikian, Kahlon telah diperintahkan pergi oleh Badan Perlindungan Lingkungan Israel.

Menurut Kahlon, Kementerian mengklaim rumahnya mengancam garis pantai Israel.
