Spanyol - Kekeringan yang melanda Spanyol membuat sebuah kanal d'Urgell yang mengalirkan air dari waduk Rialb terpaksa berhenti sejak 160 tahun beroperasi.

Saat ini kanal hanya mampu mengalirkan air sebanyak 12 meter kubik per detik dan akan turun hingga 2 meter kubik per detik saja.
