Inggris - Aktivis lingkungan melakukan aksi protes di trotoar London, Inggris (22/11). Mereka mengecam perusakan ekosistem laut oleh industri yang tak ramah lingkungan.

Aktivis dari kelompok lingkungan Ocean Rebellion melakukan aksi protes di luar kantor Organisasi Maritim Internasional (IMO) di London, Inggris, Senin (22/11/2021).

Para aktivis ini mendesak IMO untuk merealisasi pengurangan karbon yang ditarget hingga tahun 2030.

Diketahui IMO berkomitmen untuk bekerja memerangi perubahan iklim, sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan PBB (SDG) 13 tentang aksi iklim.

Diketahui IMO berkomitmen untuk bekerja memerangi perubahan iklim, sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan PBB (SDG) 13 tentang aksi iklim.

IMO didesak untuk memangkas emisi industri pelayaran global, di mana banyak kapal besar menggunakan Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO).
