Afghanistan - Lembah Panjshir di Afghanistan adalah markas pasukan anti-Taliban. Tempat ini harus ditaklukkan Taliban sebelum menguasai seluruh Afghanistan.

Pasukan anti Taliban ini adalah milisi yang setia kepada Ahmad Massoud, putra Ahmad Shah Massoud. Ahmad Massoud menentang keras kesepakatan damai antara Amerika Serikat dan Taliban.
