Afrika Selatan Berjuang Dalam Gelombang Kedua COVID-19

Afrika Selatan - Setelah grafik kasus positif COVID-19 di Afrika Selatan sempat menurun, kini kembali naik dan menuju gelombang kedua. Menkes pun menghimbau warga tetap waspada.

Sebuah kuburan yang baru digali terletak di Pemakaman Motherwell di Port Elizabeth, Afrika Selatan.

Menteri Kesehatan Afrika Selatan, Zweli Mkhize, pada Rabu (9/12/2020), mengumumkan bahwa Afrika Selatan kini mengalami pandemi COVID-19 gelombang kedua.

Hingga Kamis (10/12/2020), angka kasus positif Corona di Afrika Selatan menyentuh angka 829 rb dengan 22.574 orang meninggal dunia.

Grafik kasus positif COVID-19 di Afrika Selatan sempat menurun pada bulan September-Oktober. Namun kembali naik pada November-Desember.

Pemerintah setempat kembali menghimbau warganya untuk tetap berada di rumah dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
