Jakarta - Pasca ledakan besar di Beirut, warga Lebanon melakukan aksi saling bantu satu sama lain tanpa mengandalkan bantuan pemerintah negaranya.

People who volunteered to help clean damaged homes and give other assistance, gather on a street that was damaged by last week's explosion, in Beirut, Lebanon, Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020. The explosion that tore through Beirut left around a quarter of a million people with homes unfit to live in. In the absence of the state, residents of Beirut opened their homes to relatives, friends and neighbors. And on the streets, it was young volunteers with brooms and shovels, not government workers, who cleared the littered streets. (AP Photo/Hussein Malla)
