Laporan KCNA mengatakan Kim mempelajari versi terbaru dari sistem peluncur roket ganda 240 mm yang diperbarui secara teknis dan menyaksikan uji coba peluru kendali untuk beberapa peluncur roket yang diproduksi di berbagai perusahaan industri pertahanan nasional.

Bulan lalu, Kim memeriksa uji coba peluncuran roket ganda 240 mm dan dia mengatakan sistem peluncuran roket ganda 240 mm akan “membawa perubahan strategis dalam memperkuat kemampuan artileri militer negara tersebut.
